A shaven kosamt

A kosamt (< PM *kʷsamt- "Ox, bull, kosamt") is a bovine associated with the Mocha culture. It is the most important cattle of the region and provider of milk, meat and hide.

Kosamt are more similar to buffalos than to cows, bearing two large horns on their heads. They are a bit smaller than average cows and have a rather wooly fur. Their color reaches from light brown to black.
