An untauk is a desert creature. It is a hairless animal that is around three foot tall. The nasal area is protruding and usually has no skin on it. The Aq̓ám are deeply terrified of untauƛu and they feature in many scary children's tales.
The Use of Untauk in TalesEdit
In the Aq̓ám culture, the untauk is used in many terrifying children's tales. They are seen as child-eaters and thieves. The elders tell the children these stories to frighten them into not becoming an untauk. They possess the idea that bad children and thieves will transform into an untauk if they don't change their ways.
